i've seen a few people on this foprum that have the title "banned". how would a person get themselves banned?

I really don't know how someone would get banned as it has never happened to me.
The real question is how NOT to get banned- Follow the rules of the forums and you'll be fine.
To be banned you have to apply the inverse to the statement that I just stated. i.e Don't follow the rules of the forums and you won't be fine.
This inverse rule applies in math and is useful for logical reasoning.
Try doing the inverse of the statment itself. Run a banning experiment then report back to us if you have been banned.

Those who break the forum guidelines repeatedly are banned, as well as those who attempt to bypass a ban by creating a new account (which would explain the banned members with 0 posts)

how to get banned.....just go to the Forum Guidelines page and break every damn rule there.

of course, that'd be just for sh*ts and grins. if you really want to get banned, post porn and flame everyone posting in every thread in GWG.

but i'm a nice guy and i wouldn't do anything like that.
